Aaron joined Barbican in January 2008 and is business group leader for property treaty.
Prior to joining the company, Aaron worked at Montpelier Re in Bermuda, where he was involved in underwriting and developing a property cat retro portfolio on behalf of Blue Ocean Re. He started his London Market career in 1998 at RSA Re. He then moved to Copenhagen Re before joining GE Insurance Solutions in 2002 as an underwriter on the cat retro portfolio.
Tom joined Barbican in November 2014 as property treaty underwriter.
Prior to joining Barbican, Tom was a vice president at Guy Carpenter. He joined the reinsurance broking firm in 2009 following the acquisition of John B. Collins Associates (Collins), and was primarily responsible for placing North American property reinsurance business in the London market. He began his industry career at Collins in 2006 and worked across a diverse range of accounts spanning binding authorities, ILWs and property reinsurance business.
Rebecca joined Barbican in November 2009 and is a property reinsurance underwriter.
Rebecca joined Barbican immediately after graduating with an Economics degree from Manchester University.
Rebecca is ACII qualified.
James joined Barbican in July 2013 as underwriting assistant for property reinsurance.
James joined Barbican immediately after graduating from the University of Manchester with BA Hons in spanish and business.
James is Cert CII qualified.
