Simon joined the company in April 2010 and is head of reinsurance, overseeing Syndicate 1955's reinsurance lines.
Simon has over twenty years of experience in the insurance industry. In 1994 he joined a small firm of management consultants dedicated to the insurance industry. 1997 saw Simon return to broking with the international marine reinsurance division at Aon.
In 2005, he joined Agnew Higgins Pickering, working in international marine and energy reinsurance.
Tom joined in November 2014 and is now head of property treaty.
Prior to joining the company, Tom was a vice president at Guy Carpenter. He joined the reinsurance broking firm in 2009 following the acquisition of John B. Collins Associates (Collins), and was primarily responsible for placing North American property reinsurance business in the London market.
He began his industry career at Collins in 2006 and worked across a diverse range of accounts spanning binding authorities, ILWs and property reinsurance business.
Emma joined in December 2018 as class underwriter for property treaty.
Prior to joining the company, Emma was at CNA Hardy where she spent 11 years most recently in the role as senior underwriter for property treaty, managing the US, Canada and Caribbean portfolio.
Emma has over 13 years’ experience in the insurance market.
Charlie joined in May 2018 as underwriting assistant for property treaty.
Charlie has three years of experience in the reinsurance/insurance market prior to joining the company and is working towards his Cert CII.
