Ondine joined in March 2011 and is head of insurance, overseeing Syndicate 1955's insurance lines.
When she first joined the company, she was originally responsible for US Casualty treaty. Over time, her responsibilities expanded to include International Casualty treaty, Healthcare and A&H insurance and more recently she moved solely to insurance lines.
Prior to joining the company, she was at Faraday Syndicate 435 where she wrote a lead book of US casualty reinsurance and hospital business.
Ondine brings over twenty years extensive underwriting experience after graduating with an MSc in insurance and risk management at CASS Business School.
Connor joined in February 2018 as an underwriting assistant in the upstream energy team.
Prior to joining the company, Connor spent two and a half years in the political and credit division at Novae.
Connor is Cert CII qualified and is working towards his Diploma accreditation.
Henry joined in March 2015 and is an underwriting assistant for energy.
Prior to this, he was at Liberty Specialty Markets, where he was a syndicate credit control technician. He began his insurance career in 2013, working as a ledger assistant at Amlin.
Henry holds a degree in economics and geography from Oxford Brookes University.
