The Healthcare Liability team offers tailored solutions to the insurance and reinsurance needs of clients in an ever-changing healthcare environment. It operates worldwide, with a particular focus on the US, European and Australian markets.
Our clients range from small single location nursing homes and allied health providers to world-renowned universities and international healthcare groups.
We provide Professional Liability coverage solutions for hospitals, physician groups, elder care and allied health companies - either as insurance or as facultative reinsurance through open market placements, line slips or by issuing binding authorities. We act in both lead and following roles, writing primary and/or excess layers.
