The Finance team, led by Richard Cunningham, is responsible for a wide range of business-critical activities including accurate, timely management reporting and financial forecasting and modelling.

The team also exercises control over the on-time collection of sums due from all third parties with whom we do business. Exerting strong financial controls is a vital role in the safeguarding of the Group’s assets. In addition to all the day-to-day financial functions, the Finance team is also responsible for Treasury operations and ensuring that Barbican consistently provides high quality regulatory and statutory filings.
